Shipping
Orders ship from Canada. Once your order is placed and paid, we pack each bottle by hand and hand it to the carrier.
- Typical processing: 2–5 business days (small-batch schedule).
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout when live.
- You will receive tracking when the label is created.
- International: duties or import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Food products are generally final sale once shipped for safety and quality. If a bottle arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll make it right.
Unopened, non-perishable issues assessed case by case. Refunds return to the original payment method when approved.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and support you: name, contact details, shipping address, and payment confirmation (payment card data is handled by Shopify’s secure checkout — we do not store full card numbers on this site).
We do not sell your personal information. Order data is used for fulfillment, legal compliance, and service messages about your purchase.
